Auto assign group to user who pruchases product

Any way to auto assign a user to a specific group after they purchase a product?

For Example:

User Purchases “Gold package”, user is then placed in “Gold Group” so they can view restricted content.

I know I can manually assign them to groups, but I really would like this process to be automated.
