    Hello,
I have some kind of trouble with the [ultimatemember_password] shortcode. It is do not working properly when I try to reset the password. I don’t get any error message when I use the form, it seems to work properly. But when I want to log in with the new password I supposedly changed, I get a wrong password message. After that, I also can’t access with the previous password so I need to change it thru WordPress backend to take effect.
    Regards,
    Luis.

    Hi @minillo,

Do you have any security plugins installed?
It looks like a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

I have the problem that the short code ultimatemember_password does not work. Can I just use an http link instead? Can someone show me a proper coding of the reset password button shown on the password reset email page?

This is the code I have that does not work:
    <div style=”padding: 10px 0 50px 0; text-align: center;”>Reset your password</div>
