Ninja Forms for AMP Compatibility

    I have the Ninja Forms and Ninja Forms for AMP plugins uploaded and activated. The license key is in there and activated.

    Under AMP > Settings > Contact Form, I have Ninja Forms Support turned on. Now, when I go to a page and look at the Page Builder, I can add a Contact Form. I can select Ninja Forms, and then I can select the specific form of my choice.

    When I look at the Design, Advanced and Layout sections for the Contact Forms block, it is blank. I can adjust some settings on the column that I have put the contact forms into.

    On the front end, the form is showing up correctly for the fill in the blank questions. For the items with a drop down menu, it does not show the drop down menu at all. Hidden values appear as the word “Hidden”.

    Any help with this compatibility issue would be appreciated.
