I am using polylang on my website. Plugin correctly detected it and added the option to translate the cookie consent banner, but when I change text on buttons for each language it change it on all other translations. No matter what I try it keeps the last added translation for all languages on the site.
All plugins on the site are up to date.

    Hello @c2prog,
    sorry to hear the problem.

Let me better understand the situation..
Did you add the translations from the “Smart Cookie Kit > All banners” section?
In “Smart Cookie Kit > Graphic settings”, did you set the “Banner translations” option with one of the translation you set up in the first point?

Could you provide me a link of the site in which you have facing the issue?

    Let me know, Nicola.

    Hi,
Yes, I did set banner translations in graphic settings as well as translated banners in “all banners” section.
No matter what I try though when I translate buttons to another language, all buttons automatically change to this language. When I add another translation situation repeats.
The text of the Privacy policy remains translated according to the chosen language, but buttons don’t.

You can see it on emid.ovh

@c2prog I have been able to reproduce the issue.
It seems related to a Polylang option that keeps in sync custom fields of the translations: “Languages > Settings > Syncronization settings > Custom fields”
Disabling that option, you can customize texts for a single translation without overwriting the others.

Keep in mind that disabling that option you have to manage manually custom fields syncronization for the other kind of contents (pages, posts, …).

Please, let me know if this solves the problem.

    UPDATE:

I have found the way to avoid the custom field syncronization ONLY on the banner translations EVEN IF that option is enabled.

In this way, you could leave that option enabled if you use it for other contents.

I will include this integration on the next version of the plugin.
I think that the release will be on the next week.
