    Hi,

    When exporting my blog posts, I get the copy just fine, but the photo is either blank or has a big red “X.” When I click on the “X” it opens the photo in a browser, so the link to it is there, it is just not showing up embedded in Word. I noticed a few others had this same issue, but there weren’t any posts about how to resolve it. Can you please help?

    Thanks!
    Nancy

    @nlargent,

    We created a sample post that just contains the following “Text”:

    The plugin exported the Word document correctly, the document was containing the desired image.

    Your post may reference an image differently. Would you please share the “Text” of your post containing an image referencing code. It may help us in reproducing the issue on our end.

    Any idea why this isn’t working?

    @nlargent,

    Please share the markup “Text” of your post as I did above in my reply.

    In your answer, you have shared the image instead of markup code, which is not helping us at all to identify the issue.

    Thank you for your kind cooperation.

    The browser keeps turning it into an image. Can you get the code from the page source? Or I can email it to you.
