Great plugin; AWESOME support from Trevor Anderson!

    We needed a really simple to use chat plugin for one of our clients.

    Finding WP Live Chat and deciding to use was pretty simple. It already had great reviews.

    One of the things we look for when choosing a plugin, is how they respond and resolve problems. Since we use support issues as criteria for selection, we rarely have to deal with bugs, but when we do, it’s critical we get issues resolved quickly.

    WP Live Chat was installed and explained to our client – all in less than an hour, but after a few days, they reported an issue that was a show stopper.

    It took 2 emails back and forth to support, both were handled in less than 24 hours; the plugin has been working as expected ever since.

    AWESOME and SUPER SIMPLE for our technology challenged clients who have to use it, so big thumbs up, but doubling down on high five’s for such great support.
