Cannot update stock status

    Hello,

    I want to update my products with the stock (outofstock / instock) but I do not know what I am doing wrong because it does not work.

    My CSV file has only two gaps. One for the sku and one for the stock status. The sku to identify the already existing product and the stock status to update the stock status from the existing products.
    Not all products which are listed in the CSV exist but by the one’s who exist, the error “Product already exists.” occurs and the stock status does not change. Normaly the plugin should update the stock status or not?

    I am really confused and tired of all the tries..

    Hi @torerro,

    You can update the stock status of existing simple products using the plugin. The issue you are facing might be because the Update products if exists option is not enabled. Kindly please make sure that the Update product if exists option is enabled during import to update the products.

    If the issue still persists please share us the CSV you are importing via support.
