customs tabs works fine on shop page, but not on other page

Hi @astracocos,

Can you send me the URL to your special offers page? With the URL I will be able to tell whether we’re dealing with a single product page or a custom template. If the page isn’t a single product page, then none of the tab functions will be executed. However, we should be able to force the tab execution.

I just put the product in a category, add a filter to exclude this category from shop page and use a shortcode on that page to display just the category I want

I see. So you’re expecting the tabs to show up on https://vagaboncafe.ch/christmas/ or on the product’s single page, e.g. https://vagaboncafe.ch/produit/pack-bouilloire/?

Yes on the product page. Basically I copy aproduct from my shop page in order to get the same template and settings but tabs does’nt work

Hmm. The pack bouilloire product is using the single product template so I don’t understand why tabs wouldn’t show… This product definitely has custom tabs attached to it?

Well I don’t know! Did this product show tabs before you added it to your special Christmas page?
