Video Thumbnails That Link to New Page

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to post multiple video thumbnails in a post, and when you click on an individual thumbnail it will open the player in a new page? I’ve been looking for something like this for a while now, and haven’t had any luck. Thanks guys.
