@tcordero I have a staging website setup where I tested the beta plugin.

I deactivated the existing 1.6.1 version, uploaded the beta zip, activated 1.6.2-beta, and checked the “render in footer” option. This appears to be the fix! I have a global header and footer on the website as well.

When I uncheck the “render in footer” option, the Quick Exit button disappears.

I will wait for the official version release to update the live site.

Thank you so much for troubleshooting & finding this fix!

Hey @thearticulatepear are you using Divi for your theme?

I’m going to be releasing an update here soon that should give you a new option to change where the button renders. That should fix the issue.

Hi @tcordero, thanks – yes, we are using Divi. So I should revisit this thread to find out when that is happening? No fun for you, right?! Thanks again.

Here’s the settings on the divi builder. I am good with 1.6.0.

    Hey all,

Sorry for the delay. Im about to be a new father so other things have taken me away from this project. Im going to release 1.6.2 tonight that should fix this issue. There will be a checkbox at the bottom of the settings page that will let you change where the button is rendered. If you’re using Divi you will need to check the box.

    Thanks!
