Not auto-updating ?

    Hi! Thank you for the highly useful plugin. This is surely a small question, but it is confusing.

    I have enabled auto-update on several sites with UpdraftPlus (through a child folder’s Functions textfile), but the latest update to your plugin doesn’t “auto” update.

    First time this has ever happened, and it has happened on each site that uses UpdraftPlus.

    Is there a specific reason the auto-update function is being ignored?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    There is no intentional reason why the plugin should not update as normal.

    Are you able to manually update the plugin, or does the update fail in every instance?

    Yes, the plugin updates fine manually. It usually does auto-update, just this time it wouldn’t.

    Just something strange I guess. Thanks for the response, I appreciate it!

    If the plugin fails to automatically update again next release, please let us know and we can investigate further.
