Issues with uploads path after v1.5.1.2

Hi,
If I update the plugin to newer than v1.5.1.2, I have a problem with uploads path. Newer version of a plugin is automatically blocking uploads URL although I didn’t enable blocking.
Logo and few other images from template settings are not visible when I update your plugin on any of newer versions (I tested all to 1.5.2.2), because the paths can’t be changed in template settings.

I hope you can fix this in the next versions.
