    Hi,

Please could you help me with an issue I am having with the GMedia plugin.

I had issues originally with the plugin just trying to install whereby the tables didn’t get created. To resolve that I dipped into the code to see the tables that would be created at startup, I manually created these tables in phpMyAdmin, re-run the install and everything seemed fine.

I created Albums and Galleries and uploaded images to them. The thing is, if I go to the GMedia Library there are no images there even though over a 100 images were uploaded, if I browse to the Album page, GMedia shows on the overview page that there are images associated with my albums, but if I use the ‘Filter in GMedia Library’ to show the images associated button it shows no images.

I’ve looked on my server and I can see the images are there in the folder ‘wp-content/grand-media/image/’.

When I assign a gallery or album to a page with the shortcode I receive the message ‘No Supported Files in Gallery’.

Please can you help me to diagnose the issue as we are hoping to go LIVE on Thursday?

Thank you so much for your time.

    Trev
