Checklist option not showing up

    Hello, I do not have the checklist in post function in Visual Editor. I have tried shortcodes but that doesn’t seem to work (but I may not be using them correctly.)

    Dear @katiemomo.

    Just to be sure – did you activated the plugin? Usually shortcodes appear on website when plugin not activated and that is why there is no button in visual editor.

    Can you send me a link to online page?
    Can you check Developer Console and check if there is checklist-in-post-frontend.js active? (if you don’t use any CSS and JS optimizers it should be on the list).

    Hi there,

    It is activated. I’ve also uninstalled / reinstalled /reactivated just to make sure.

    Since it isn’t public I can’t show you, but here’s a screen shot of the editor options:

    I tried the developer console route but mine definitely didn’t look like yours! Not sure if I did it wrong or if it just isn’t there.

    It is little hard to help you.
    Did you used Google Chrome browser? Use CTRL + SHIFT + I to open developer console on it. It should look similar.

    Are you using Windows computer or Mac? Did you tried on other computer?

    What i can see is that you have one icon in visual editor white instead of dark gray. That can mean you are using some modified editor / plugin which overwrites visual editor. Please send me a list of all / all activated plugins + what theme do you use?
