I need help with custom variables

    I want to customize an title page for yellow page sites categories, i have listingpro template with location (cities) post type.

    i want the categories page title like this format:

    Plumber in New York – SiteName
    Hotels in New York – SiteName

    for now i have this format

    Plumber – SiteName
    Hotels – SiteName
