    Hi there,

First, thank you for this great plugin!

Second, Additionnal_image_link do not seem to upload properly in Facebook.

I tried mapping it this way
Additionnal Image -> Additionnal Image 1
Additionnal Image -> Additionnal Image 2
Additionnal Image -> Additionnal Image 3
    etc.

The CSV output looks good, but it does not seem to please Facebook. Their documentation mentions that it should be a single column, comma-separated.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks.

  • Hi nicoco410,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out. Have you tried creating the feed in XML format? It is way less prone to errors.

Let me know if that solves your issue at hand.

    All the best,
    Eva

You are right, additionnal_image_link works better in XML.
I do have a lot of trouble getting a consistent number of items in my feeds though. Should I send you a debug log ?

    Thanks.

Sure, by all means. Please send it to [email protected] and reference this topic in it.
