    can you head to docs dashboard > Options > Settings > Document List Configuration

    do you have a table cat called “Name”.

    do any of the tables columns look funny?

    Also please try pressing the save button on this page.

    This was resolved by disabling caching, clearing all caches and re-enabling caching. Thank you!
