HR and Admin Doesnt Recieved Email

    Hi Need Assistance. I test the application form but the admin and HR don’t receive any notification but the applicant can receive it. Thank you.

    @heyitsmerjian,

    There are two possibilities:

    – Configure SMTP Plugin into your site if not configured already where Job Board installed.
    – Change the HR & Admin email to any other email client like Gmail or YAHOO and then check again.

    I try to change the email and it won’t let me anytime I make changed to the email address it revert back to the default settings after I hit save.
