    hi,
    unfortunately we nor customers are not receiving emails when customer choose cash on pick up. I have already changed the default order status but issue still persist
    could you please advice?

  • I just discovered the same issue today. Been happening for a while, apparently (most customers are checking out using a shipping method, not a pickup method, so it wasn’t discovered before now).

    I’ve had to resort to “rebranding” the Cash On Delivery method in the meantime, but would love it if this plugin got updated to resolve the email deliverability issue.
