    Hi,
I’m in the midst of updating a site someone else worked on.
    https://www.hammerheadsqueegee.com

The theme this site is using: “Cleayn – Clean & Sleek Woocommerce Theme” by Playnethemes. BTW: That is precisely how Playnethemes describes this theme.

My problem lies in WordPress Dashboard > Themes. The Themes Page lists the current active theme as “Cleayn”; and, at page bottom, under “Broken Themes” the error message: “woo commerce”, “Stylesheet is missing”.

    cPanel – In Themes/Woocommerce/loop
The only file inside the Woocommerce folder is loop.php.

If this is where the Woocommerce stylesheet should be located, I have no idea why the only file in there now is loop.php. I also don’t know if or why the prior individual working on the site removed the stylesheet and, in its place, put the loop.php.

    Plugins troubleshooting.
I have already made a few troubleshooting efforts in plugins without success. However, this is a theme problem not a plugin. Or maybe I’m mistaken and missing the obvious.

Thanks in advance for your insight and guidance.

  • All the WooCommerce files, including stylesheets, will be in:
    plugins/woocommerce/…
there’s no need for any files to be in the themes folder for WooCommerce to work properly.

Optionally, developers can create a directory at:
    themes/my-theme-name/woocommerce/…
and in there can go any template overrides. There can be none, one or several. There shouldn’t be any stylesheets in here.

loop.php is not a woocommerce filename, so this file won’t be doing anything.

Although I hope I have explained how WooCommerce works in this respect, I have no idea why your install doesn’t work. Cleayn is an Envato commercial theme, so its code is not available to www.remarpro.com forum members.

    The changelog:
    https://changelogs.playnethemes.com/cleayn/changelog.txt
tells us that the latest Cleayn 1.0.5 is compatible with WooCommerce 3.0, but WooCommerce has moved on a lot since then. Its now at 3.5.1. I think your options are to either persuade the theme author to update and bug-fix the theme or look for another WooCommerce compatible theme which is being kept up-to-date.

If you still want to keep Cleayn, I think you will need PHP skills or a developer, and that could cost more that starting again with another theme.
