AdBlock blocks Widgets in Advertisements areas of IsleMag theme.

Hello, I’ve been developing a site on localhost using the IsleMag theme. I’m using the advertisements areas of the theme to embed widgets so that I can get the design of the Home page I want. Problem is AdBlock blocks the widgets when they’re in these areas and they’re not visible. It is solved only when I deactivate the AdBlock. As you can understand I can’t ask from the visitors of the page to do that. I understand there has to be a tweak in the PHP/CSS code that can fix this. Can you please guide me through a solution?
