Customize Appearance not working for child theme

    I have created a multi shop child theme and now I can’t use the “customize” feature under “appearance”. Once I have a child theme, do I have to customize everything manually in the files, or am I supposed to still be able to use the WordPress customize feature to add a logo and such?
