Multiple questions / problems

  • Hello,
    I am trying Real Estate Manager to maybe replace Easy Property Listings which doesn’t seem to get updated any longer. There are some questions open as we try to bring our clients excellent presentation above all.

    1. Is there a way to buy one license for two sites ? We have two locations with virtually the same site and it would be a bit annoying to pay two licences in this case.

    2. Is it possible to show the address in one single line while still having a working map ? Maybe place the address somewhere better ? (Maybe add a “Recapitulative widget with the most important details ?) The current “Details” screen feels really convoluted and not really modern. Having multiple fields for one single address seems not to be the best solution…

    3. The translations (at least in german seem strange, most characters as ? ü ? ? etc… don’t show well and seem corrupted. Maybe the UTF Format isn’t loaded ?
    Is there a way to change the translation ?

    4. Can I place the Website admin as an agent ? It seems weird to have myself two times in the settings and having to log out and in again to change something…

    5. Is there a way to use a “free from date” format ? For rentals it seems logical to have this.

    6. Is the Contact Form and Maps GDPR conforming ?

    7. Is there a way to diable the gallery in the beginning of the article or tho change the format / size ?
    All my photos are in 3/2 format (6000*4000 pixels natively) so they seem strange with the default ratio / size.

    8. Is it possible to have multiple fields for the description ? (As in Description / Situation / Details of the equipment etc… I fond the presentation you accomplished with the accent colored bars great ! It would be perfect to be able to use them to distinguish different paragraphs / logical text segments.

    9. I changed the Sq Ft metric to “m2” (square meters) – sadly it only shows “M2” is there a reason for the letter getting bigger ?

    Maybe many of these problems have their solution in the pro module, I hope to be ably to get a customer soon in that case ??

    Hi Christian,

    Following is feedback regarding your points.

    1. Please contact [email protected] and we will assist you there.

    2. Yes, in pro version you can remove all other unrelated fields. You can use only address field for maps also.

    3. In pro version, there is a better version of translation done by a German person.

    4. Yes, you can use all functions without changing your role to agent. Admin have access to all.

    5. Sorry, I didn’t understand it. Need some more explanation.

    6. Yes, map is not using any user data, Geo location also asks visitor to enable it first. 3rd party contact form is also supported (like contact form 7)

    7. We’re working on image optimization and will be available in next release by this weekend.

    8. You can create different sections in pro version and then can assign fields to them.

    9. Maybe its a little css conflict, will fix it for you using custom css.
