Visitor cannot comment

H folks
This is so bizzare – the site (https://www.tallyman.ie) allows comments, and I have set it up on the Discussion Settings but when visitors fill in the comment form and click submit I never receive it for approval – it doesn’t even appear in my spam list

I can authorise comments that come into the spam list but nothing else. Anyone have any ideas as I am totally lost
