Can’t delete a reply..?

    Customer made a bad review, I replied with a fix to the issue. Customer deleted the review, but it still shows my reply and the review still effects to overall rating. I cannot delete this reply at all. Please help.

    Maybe the problem is that you delete the review in the comments tab, but not in the reviews tab, could you check if the reviews remain here?
