That seems to be the permalink path to the folder where the feed items are stored but the plugin. Do you have any additional add-ons installed besides the core plugin?

The feed sources are stored under /feeds/ and the feed items are stored under /feed-items/. I understand they need to be stored somewhere, but I just dont like the short command.

The “li” is the feed list shortcode command and can display a custom feed listing for links “before” or links “after” when modifying the shortcode, you may try looking at this article and see if you can modify the Filter to suit your needs:
