How to Add Paging to Authors List Page Loop

I have made use of the Codex and Tutorials to create a page which lists all Authors and Subscribers with their User Details such as Bio, Name etc.

However I cannot get pagination to work.

Pagination works on my Posts page with and without the Plugin WP-PagNavi. But not on my All Authors page – even though the details for each author are in the Loop.

Is there anyone out there who would be willing to share the code to enter into the Theme Page to introduce pagination to the Members List page?
