Subscription list not updating and not sending email to confirm

    Hello,
    I have installed this plugin and also tested by sending test emails, they were successfully sent.
    But the problem, I went to my website homepage and tried adding a new fake subscriber,the page just refreshed and doesn’t show nay message like successfully subscribed.
    I also checked subscribers list at admin area ,there were no subscriptions added.
    I tried single optin and double optin

    Are you referring to the one form which is in the sidebar? It seems like it is not an Email Subscribers form. Can you confirm it once?

    Yes sir not that, I am using another plugin now as your plugin not working,
    I have changed it evening

    Hi,

    Yes, I can help you resolve the issue. Can you re-enable the plugin and put the form on a private page maybe till the time issue get resolved.

    Please try with Email Subscribers 3.5.16. It should fix this issue.
