Prism build does not contain scss language

Hi there

Thanks for your great work. It does work really nice – even with the new Gutenberg Editor.

I would suggest to include the scss language into your prism build.

By the way, it would really be nice to add the option to define a custom build. Some sort of advanced settings, where an administrator can upload the js- and the css-file. As soon as there is such a combination uploaded, the administrator can decide, whether to use the built-in prism (provided by your plugin) or to use his/her own build. What do you mean?

You must have had the intention to implement something like this as there is get_option( 'custom_prism_js' ) in the code.
