    Hi there!

I love your plugin. Most of the time the “automatic hiding” setting works for me, but on one of my websites it isn’t working. It’s a large menu on the homepage and I’d really like to collapse it, if possible.

The address is https://ddlg.me – I’ve tried it with auto-insert on and off and it makes no difference, the table still shows up.

Let me know what I can do, thanks a lot!

    Two things to try…

Try adding a title to the TOC, it looks like the setting might be blank. It should not matter, but lets eliminate it.

The theme is generating javascript errors, this could very likely be the cause. Temporary switch to one of the default WP themes to see if the issue persists. If it does not, then you’ll have to contact the theme support team.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your help!

    1. The title is “Table of Contents.” I switched it to “Contents” just to see and nothing changed.

    2. I tracked down the javascript error to a known Jetpack issue and was able to get rid of the error. It’s still happening in GeneratePress.

I then switched to Twenty Seventeen to see if it persists, and it still doesn’t work.

    Any other ideas? Thanks!

Is the Display Header Label option on or off? Please try turning it on.
