Today I received a mail from Jetpack that my site went offline, and cannot be reached. I tried to access it but no result; gives a blank white page. The domain has not expired, so that’s not the issue. I didn’t make any change since the last week, but at that time I added only 2 images, so nothing serious. If I log into my WP, I get the red exclamation mark that says “Site cannot be accessed”. I literally cannot access anything in it, so I’m kind of desperate now. Could you please give me any advice or have a look at the site? What could be the reason for this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Did your hosting expire?

You have two servers handling your website,

    sds-mac:~ sdstern$ nslookup rlhungary.com
    Server: 8.8.8.8
    Address:	8.8.8.8#53

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name:	rlhungary.com
    Address: 52.57.121.37
    Name:	rlhungary.com
    Address: 18.197.84.94

Are both correct? Are you doing load balancing?

The first IP is an amazon server. The second seems to be a server someplace on Level 3.

It is an Amazon Elastic Beanstalk Instance. No load balancer is used for it, and it has been running from a VM since long. The other server is unknown to me.

You need to fix your DNS to remove the extra A record
