Captcha Loading 300+kb on every page

Is there a way to only load this plugin on pages with the contact form?
When it is installed and activated it calls https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/api2/v six times on every page for a total of 360+kb on every page of the site.
I’m trying to optimize my site and this seems a little heavy and excessive.
Alternatively, is there another way to load captcha that doesnt use this method?
