    Hi Snapcam,

I get an error message “Something gone wrong, your snap was not properly sent. Try send it again. The error code was: Duplicate entry ‘5bdff06b9c17e’ for key ‘id’.

    Error code:
    https://physicsforceps.nl/snap/snap2.jpg

It happens to each second snap in Firefox (not in Chrome), which means the first one passes, the page refreshes, and then trying to take another snap. I checked the database, there is an image with the same id, but it is not the last one taken, it was from earlier.

Do you have an idea what is happening?
    Best,
    Caspar

Are you sure this was not before you find out W3 total cache was messing up with your installation ?

Hey, I’m afraid so. But you were right that it’s W3 Total Cache once again, and its once again a W3 Browser caching issue. I don’t know what to change in the browser caching settings, but if I disable browser caching, the issue doesn’t come up.

Do you happen to have any ideas? Does it store the id in the cache in such a way that it retries saving the image with the same key? But I don’t understand how it uses an old key, and every time the same one.

Would be nice if you figure it out but its a minor issue ??

    Best,
    Caspar
