A bug on External product link with Ampersand

Hi there,
I’m using Wishlist free with in Flatsome theme but I can reproduce a bug on the Storefront too.
If an External link product have a complex link with one or more ampersands it makes link broken.

F.ex. if the plug-in is on the link https://some.domain/?r=ordering/cart/as1&id=16&clean=true&lg=ru is sanitizing to https://some.domain/?r=ordering/cart/as1&_#038;id=16&_#038;clean=true&_#038;lg=ru.
So shorter it changes & to '&_#038;'
It is impossible to post here an ampersand’s code without underscore so just remove it to check bug

It is strange that this plug-in is changing the Buy button’s link
