php code needed to run in any position in wordpress

  • i want to execute custom code in php .
    now i may want to create a form or run any other code snippet in any position in wordpress.
    I am looking for something familiar to jumi in joomla

    I have not found a suitable extension like jumi for wordpress

    Can somebody help me please?
