Dutch translation for “New subscriber notifications

    “Hi,

    There seems to be a new option “New subscriber notifications” in basic settings.
    This setting is in English and cannot be translated.
    Please alter the textfiles so we can translate them.

    I know how to translate, because I am a editor for other plugins as well.
    I noticed the new line is present within the translations.
    It has already been translated, so it should be fine with the next update
    I also added other not translated lines, so no problem to help with the Dutch translation.
