No license field showing up

I purchased the Form Customizer for Easy Forms for MailChimp. I added my website. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin. But still I do not see any field for entering the Yikes license. The Additional Settings box does not offer the Form Customizer choice.

Any ideas?

NEVER MIND…figured out that you send it to me by email. I kept looking for a download location, or an automatic update. Unclear until I went to my email and realized I had to download and then install a separate plugin. A small note on the license page about how to install the license would be useful. All good now.
