Plugin not working

Is there still support provided for this plugin?

I have seen some urgent issues which need looking at ASAP please?

When I install it it’s telling me I need to set the default location to ‘geolocate’. Currently I need it to be set ‘Shop Base’. Will setting it to geolocate cause issues?

Even so, when I configured it and changed a price in the backend I had to change my Tunnel Bear VPN to the right location and that did not work. The prices did not change.

I am using a staging site for this.

Any ideas?
