Excellent form builder plugin

This plugin is all you need for all types of registration and contact forms. There are tons of choices and options. You can customize your form in various ways and add let user access their personal account to edit or delete the submitted information. The ERF crew is constantly listening to the users and keeps adding new functions according to the requests. I have tried out all the extensions also and I can warmly recommend those too, especially the conditional logics extension.
