Product catalog KO:Content ID missing / wrong double installation of Pixel(s)

Please I need a great help…

I Installed Pixel with Pixel Caffeine (PC) and PC didn’t see my catalog. He suggested to connect my Ad Account to Pixel. But it was connected, I tried to disconnect and connect 100 times and there was the same error.

So I deleted Pixel Caffeine and Installed it one more time.

The same problem was always there. The statuts of Pixel was Active, everything OK, but nothing for Catalog, just the alert that I have to connect Pixel Caffeine to my Ad Account. But it was already connected.

So I created an Ad account (I had only personal default account) in Facebook Pixel and another Pixel related to this new Ad Account.

And then in Facebook Pixel with the new Pixel I had a lot of errors for catalog like this :
“100.0% of views can’t be retargeted

4 of 4 website views on 23 octobre 2018 can’t be retargeted with dynamic ads, because 3 products are missing from your catalogs.
How to fix it:
Check that the content ID in your pixel installation for each missing product matches a product ID in your catalogs.”

“”ViewContent” in Pixel of the site doesn’t have content_ids parameter. Required parameter content_ids or contents is missing from more than 20% of ViewContent events in the last day”

“Required parameter content_ids ou contents is missing from more than 20% of AddToCart events in the last day”

“Required parameter content_type is missing from more than 20% of AddToCart events in the last day”

and so on….

Pixel Caffeine say nothing now in the Section Catalog. So nothing as a message for errors. No information at all, just shows the number of products in catalog in xml format.

Facebook Pixel Helper for Chrome said that for “ViewCart” there is a problem and the problem is that I have double installation of Pixel and they are in conflict.

I don’t know what to do at all, but nothing for my catalog works. The tracking is OK with the new Pixel I created with a new Add account, but not the catalog.

I don’t know how to delete all these pixels wrongly installed and do things properly. Please could you say maybe how can I delete Pixels from my site, I don’t know where Pixel Caffeine installed them ? Or how can I have the thing work ?
