• Hello! For my website, I want there to be a login that two different user roles can log into but access separate blocked information (one user role cannot see the others section of tabs). For this reason, I wanted to create two different login paths. One login (that is for instructors-only) is working since it was installed with the UM Plugin, but I am unsure of how to link a second login path (that will be for members-only). I have made the pages required (login page, account page, logout page… etc), but when I add the short codes for the custom forms I created, the profile form and the logout form are not showing up anywhere. Everything else is good to go since I have made the instructor login yield new users under the ‘instructor user role’ and same with members becoming new ‘member user roles’; it is just once a member is logged in that they cannot see their profile or logout using the logout page (the logout is only available on the login page saying ‘already logged in, go to profile or logout’). Thank you!

    Hi @ofmftest,

You don’t need several login forms/pages when using Ultimate member, you can restrict access to some pages based on the user roles and set redirection after login in the User roles settings in Ultimate member -> User Roles -> your user role e.g. Member and “Action to be taken after login”.

Please also use unique profile forms for different user roles.
This means that you have to create a profile form for every user role, select “Customize this form – Yes” and “Make this profile form role-specific” and then add the shortcodes of your profile forms to your user page. You can check our doc on how to setup unique profiles for different user roles.

    Regards.

    Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

    I have similar issue.
So the role initially needs to be assigned at the registration step. Correct?
Meaning having a separate registration form for each role?
    Thanks
