    When a Pending email is sent out it comes from the following address which works fine.
    [email protected]

    When a Confirmation email is sent out it comes from the following email address which seems to go directly to the spam folders and users signing up for an event are missing this.
    [email protected]

    Is there way to change the confirmation email sender address to the same as the pending address? I can’t find it anywhere in the settings. We are using multisite if that helps and I did read in the documentation that this would be configurable at the top level?

    Do I need a pro version for these setting? Thanks…

    you can try to add notification email address or name under Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Notification sender name and Notification sender address

    Thanks but under Events > Settings > Emails > I have three options:
    Booking Email Templates
    Registration Email Templates
    Event Submission Templates

    are you using Multisite? if yes, you can try in your network admin > events manager

    I am having the same issue but I found that the settings above ( Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Notification sender name and Notification sender address) only change the from and reply to on messages sent to the person registering. Emails are also sent to the site admin but that person may not be the events manager.

    Not completely true… That setting changes ALL outgoing EM Emails. So the site owner also receives emails from the new Sender Name and Email. ??

    By default, EM sends booking emails to the customer and the event owner (post author). So, if your site admin is not the person who does the events, he/she should not be the author. The author is a post is the owner.
    If you set the correct author in the Edit Event Page, the conformation emails are sent to that user.
