Worst customer service ever of any Pro version

Modern Tribe does not even bother responding to my support tickets with an auto-reply, much less provide any support — even though email support is advertised as part of the pro-version.
I have been using the Events Calendar for almost a year now. After the last update, the calendar and sidebar widgets are hanging and take minutes — literally minutes — to load. I had to take the sidebar widgets off pages because they were hanging my whole site.
I entered a support ticket for this issue days ago and have heard nothing from them — as usual.
