WP to WP Media Import/Export

  • Hello! Trying to move one WordPress Site to another, but when i Export Media files on the old site and Import them to the new one only part of the images get export/imported? The file size is only 680KB, and the old site is still live and active. What can i do so i get all of the previously uploaded images, with the information they have filled out, onto my new site so i dont have to save each pic individually and then copy and paste all the URL, title, Caption, alt text, etc. and without needing access to the old sites FTP.

    Only about 36 of the 246 images are being imported (the others ARE in the export file when you look at it but not importing?)
