Should I upgrade from 2.1 to the current version? Why?

I am considering an upgrade…only because I figure that it must have more bells and whistles than my 2.1?

BUT…the ol’ adage, “If it aint broke, dont fix it” might ring true here?

I have read that upgrading creates its own set of problems with the new version…not to mention the possibility of losing everything and having to deal with that (I am not proficient at coding…I am a WYSIWYG blogger)

Should I just stick with 2.1 if I’m not having any problems? (aside from the IE display issues AND my last theme corrupting for no reason…and it was the default theme)
