Video won’t upload

  • Hi all, hoping you can help me out.

    I’ve been trying to upload a video using the HTML5 plugin. I can get it to upload via YouTube, but not as an MP4. So frustrating. When the box comes up to “Add” it takes me to the Media Gallery. I select the video (which is MP4) and it doesn’t do anything. At all. Nothing. I’ve tried on more than one product, as I’m just trying to figure it out before I fully stock my store online.

    I do *not* want to use YouTube as my main uploader. I want to upload directly from my computer, which is why I downloaded this app.

    Also – if anyone knows how to get video as a thumbnail in the actual product thumbnails, that’d be amazing (even if it’s a different plugin).

    I have tested but I have not been able to reproduce your bug. Could you please send me an email to support[at]webilop.com with your WooCommerce and WordPress versions and also some screenshots of your browser console?
