Custom PHP in file outputs twice

Hi!
I’d like to know if there’s a good way I could add custom PHP content to the ‘review-order’ file. I’ve made a copy of it and added it to my child theme.
The problem that appears is when I add my own content after the table in that file, it prints the custom part out twice. Is there something I can do to prevent that from happening?
Ex:

...
</tfoot>
</table>
<h2>Test</h2>

will output
Test Test
