reCaptcha not working properly

Hello,

When activated it functions correctly, on checkout a captcha is inserted above the place order button.,
However if a customer misses a field (example first name) the page reloads and a error is displayed stating
they missed a field. But the recaptcha does not refresh (it is still checked) but fails if you try to submit. Says
the recaptcha was not completed. Basically need the captcha to uncheck/refresh on any checkout errors.

Any help will be much appreciated.
