Test always fails after submitting comment

    I cannot make plugin works on my website: https://www.dansesaveclaplume.com

    After submitting comment with successful reCaptcha control, I got page “You have entered an incorrect reCaptcha value”.
    In admin, when I use the test tool, I do not got the “green ticks” next to fields. However, I checked and re-checked the keys.
    I noticed an error in the Chrome console after checking the reCaptcha box in admin (Uncaught (in promise) Invalid Encryption.). This message does not appears during comment submit.

    Please note that I had to disable the plugin on the website in order to unlock comment submit: so you cannot test by yourself.

    We apologize for taking so long in responding to your comment and any inconveniences that this may have caused you.

    Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem on our local environment. Please provide the access credentials to your WordPress admin dashboard (with Administrator’s permissions) and the FTP credentials (host, username, and password), in order to detect the reason and find the solution.

    During making tests we’ll probably deactivate some of your plugins or switch the theme. That’s why before giving the access, we recommend you to make a full backup of your site.

    Since this data is confidential, maybe, it would be better if you create a private ticket on our support forum (https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Please include a link to this post, so that we could recall the case immediately.
