Parallax effect

Hi!

I want to add a parallax effect to my homepage (like they have done here: https://www.toxic.se/). So when you scroll the header-image goes ‘behind’ and the widgets are coming in front. What is the easiest way to accomplish that? Through code or plugin? Thank you!
